During your session, you will be inspired with insights about your life from a higher perspective than the everyday. When your session is finished, take a moment to jot down whatever you recall in the Kivi app on your phone.
The app will lead you through an analysis of your insights to make meaning of the themes, characters, and symbols you encounter over time. It will create interactive images of your dream self navigating a dream landscape. You can tap the art to explore, discuss, and further unpack what it means for your life.
